EE Architecture & Software-defined vehicle

The new automotive electrical/electronic (E/E) architecture represents a fundamental shift from traditional distributed control unit architectures, toward a more centralized one. The sections that are more impacted by this evolution are smart power distribution, zonal-control, and software-defined vehicles (SDV). This process is driven by the increasing complexity of vehicle functions, by the request for vehicles more safety, secure, but at the same time, with enhanced performance and reduced costs.
