Fighting bribery and corruption
ST has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, regardless of the identity or position of the originator or recipient of any bribe. It is also strictly forbidden for anybody in ST to use Company funds or assets to make a political contribution.
Our anti-bribery and corruption policy and Addendum are available to all and provide clear definitions regarding instances of bribery and corruption and include detailed descriptions of the Company’s rules for engaging with third-parties.
