A full SiC based bi-directional single phase PFC + DC/DC Converter with high peak efficiency and power density. The STEVAL-7BIDIRCB features STM32G4, STGAP2SiC and Gen 3 SiC MOSFETs in HU3PAK package.
Novel dual active bridge topology with 650V GaN transistors achieves >99% peak efficiency. Innovative LFPAK 12x12 package powers 11kW for on-board charging and high voltage DC/DC conversion.
Together the STDES-30KWVRECT Vienna rectifier and STDES-30KWLLC DC/DC create a full solution for battery charging at up to 30kW, featuring STM32G4, STGAP2SIC drivers, and Gen 3 SiC MOSFETs .
