The following terms of use are intended to inform users of the limitations and usage guidelines of the artificial intelligence chatbot (the “Chatbot”) provided by STMicroelectronics NV (also “We”) within our website. The user is defined as the person using the Chatbot. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with the Chatbot.

We also invite you to read the AI Transparency Report that provides information about AI features we have deployed through the 'AI feature cards' that outline important information about each AI feature, such as its purpose, methodology, and risk rating.

The Chatbot is designed to answer users’ questions related to our products and services and to provide users with information and assistance.

Chatbot Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate information through the Chatbot, we cannot guarantee the accuracy and/or the completeness of the information provided. The Chatbot is not a substitute for direct consultation with ST professionals. The Chatbot may, at times, provide information that is inaccurate or incomplete. Therefore, we encourage you to verify any information provided by Chatbot before taking any action or making any decisions based on the information received. We assume no responsibility or guarantee for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. You understand that the Chatbot cannot speak for ST, modify our terms or policies, or make any binding promises to you.

User's use of the Chatbot

By using the Chatbot, you will be subject to our privacy policy.
Do not share any personal information in your conversation through the Chatbot.
