ST's rad-hard 54 AC/ACT logic series is specifically designed to cover hi-rel requirements and space applications. These 5 V high-speed CMOS are available with supply voltages from 2 V up to 6 V, and feature high speed and low power consumption.
They offer an excellent immunity to radiation up to 300 krad and are QML-V qualified. Their operating temperature ranges from -55 to 150 °C.
They are available in a range of packages: DIL 14-16-20, Flat 14-16-20-48.
