ST's rad-hard 54HC/HCT logic series is specifically designed to meet hi-rel requirements and space applications. These 5 V high-speed CMOS are available with supply voltage from 2 V up to 6 V, high speed and low power consumption.
They offer an excellent immunity to radiations up to 50 krad and are ESCC qualified. Operating temperature ranges from -55 to 150 °C.
The available packages are DIL 14-16-20-24, Flat 14-16-20-24.
