TSZ181 and TSZ182 precision operational amplifiers for automotive applications
The zero-drift, automotive-grade TSZ18 series operational amplifiers offer high accuracy (25 µV), high bandwidth (3 MHz), and high temperature (up to 125°C, 150°C, and 175°C) operation.
The single and dual TSZ181 and TSZ182 operational amplifiers feature very low offset voltages with virtually zero drift across their rated temperature ranges. With rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 3 MHz gain bandwidth product, while consuming just 1 mA at 5 V and an ultralow input bias current, the TSZ18 devices are ideal for high-accuracy, high-bandwidth sensor interfaces.
