ST’s low VF , 200 to 400 V ultrafast diodes were designed with a priority on VF to minimize conduction losses, while the diodes remain fast enough to belong to the ultrafast category of diodes. In this way, these low VF diodes perfectly fit applications where the switching frequency is counted in tens of kilohertz.
