The STM32U375/385 line offers an optimal balance of power efficiency, performance, high security, and cost-effectiveness. This product line is built on an Arm® Cortex®-M33 core and includes expanded memory: 256 Kbytes of RAM and 1 Mbyte of flash dual bank. The product line embeds FDCAN and I3C IP and comes in nine packages from 32 to 100 pins, in UFQFPN, WLCSP, LQFP, and UFBGA.
STM32U385xxx products offer cryptography functionality, embedding protection mechanisms:
- Key hardware protection provided by the coupling and chaining bridge (CCB) HAL
- Public key accelerator (PKA) to speed up public key cryptographic operations such as encryption, decryption, and digital signatures
- Hardware unique key (HUK) is used for cryptographic operations such as key generation, encryption, and decryption
- Secure sensitive data: AES 128/256 and S-AES
