The integration of GaN transistors in the VIPerGaN series enables higher power density, improved efficiency, and increased switching frequency, resulting in smaller, lighter PCBs that simplify SMPS design and boost overall performance. Additionally, all devices are pin-to-pin compatible, allowing designers to quickly swap components without significant modifications to the PCB layout or design.
