This Power MOSFET is the latest development of STMicroelectronics unique “single feature size” strip-based pocess. The resulting transistor shows extremely high packing density fow low on-resistance, rugged avalanche characteristics and less critical alignment steps therefore a remarkable manufacturing reproducibility.
