LVDS Driver for 2.5 V Logic
Showing our evaluation board for our new 2.5 V, 600 Mbps LVDS driver, demonstrating its optimized pinout for easy soldering onto the board. QML-V qualified with TID of 300 Krad with the receiver coming at the end of 2025.
Integrated Current Limiter
Our Integrated Current Limiter device pairs with a Rad-Hard Power-MOSFET to create a protection circuit for devices down the line.
LEO POL Buck Regulator
New LEO-Grade 12 V, 5 A plastic buck regulator for Point of Load applications has been released in 2025 for flight, with the additional capability of implementing current sharing with multiple out-of-phase devices.
12-Bit A/D Multiplex Converter
The RHFAD128 is a 12-Bit 8-Channel Analog-Digital Converter with an operating voltage of 12.7 V to 3.3 V, and will be present as a static demo to showcase the required external components and package size.
