What is the ST25D mainstream series?

The ST25D mainstream series is the easiest way to bring wireless short-range connectivity to any IoT device. The series includes a range of NFC Forum Type 4 and Type 5 dynamic tags that operate at high-frequency (13.56 MHz). A simple tap from a smartphone, NFC/RFID HF professional reader, or microcontroller via the I²C wired interface is all it takes to access data or trigger an action.
