Description
The DCP10001Y is a synchronous, monolithic step-down converter that delivers up to 1 A of load current. It supports a wide input-voltage range and uses a V2COT (Voltage-Mode Constant On-Time) architecture to achieve fast load-transient response with fixed-frequency operation
The device is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified and is available in an HSOP-8L 4.9 mm x 6 mm package. In shutdown mode, it draws less than 1 μA. When EN is asserted high, the device starts a 3.8 ms soft-start sequence. It also supports spread-spectrum operation for EMI reduction and includes OCP, OVP, and OTP protection features.

- Overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), and overtemperature protection (OTP).
- Operating temperature range: -40 °C to 150 °C
