Featuring two different breakdown voltages, 650 V and 1200 V, and an embedded NTC temperature sensor, ST’s ACEPACK™ power modules are tailored for motor control applications. Moreover, these power modules include a soft and fast recovery diode for high-frequency applications.
Based on based on ST’s advanced trench-gate field-stop technology, these IGBTs represent the best compromise between conduction and switching loss, to maximize the efficiency of any converter system.
