Power door locks are increasingly becoming a standard fitting even in entry-level cars, while becoming more complex to include trunk and fuel or plug lid (for hybrid cars) locking systems in addition to the basic four-door control. As such, the door lock module is either located in a central body control module or implemented within a dedicated electronic control unit (ECU).
Efficient system-on-chip solutions
The several motors and solenoids used will have to be driven with high-efficiency solution and need to be protected while the overall module size and weights should be minimized.
To meet these needs, we offer a portfolio of integrated system-on-chip solutions that also ensure flexibility and scalability in designing locking systems for a range of car models.
