Description
The M95M02E-F device is an electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM) organized as 262144 x 8 bits, accessed through the SPI bus. It can operate with a supply range from 1.7 to 5.5 V, with a clock frequency up to 16 MHz, and is guaranteed over a temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C.
The device is a byte-alterable memory, organized as 1024 pages of 256 bytes. The data integrity is significantly improved by an embedded error correction code logic.
The M95M02E-F offers an additional identification page (256 bytes). This page can also store sensitive application parameters, which can later be permanently locked in read-only mode.
