ST Standard Microwire EEPROMs are simple, reliable, and easy to integrate. These nonvolatile memories are ideal for systems requiring small amounts of data storage, such as configuration, calibration, or identification. Available in densities from 2 Kbit to 16 Kbit, they are organized in 8 bit or 16 bit wide memory words. For higher densities, ST offers Standard Serial EEPROMs.
