NFC / RFID tags: ISO 14443 (A/B), ISO 15693, NFC Forum compliant

Operating in the 13.56 MHz RFID HF band, ST25 NFC tags and dynamic tags comply with ISO 14443 type A and B, ISO 15693 and NFC Forum standards and offer a range of EEPROM memory sizes from 512-bit to 64-Kbit.

NFC Forum certified tags and dynamic tags

nfc certified certificationST25TV tags and ST25DV-I2C, ST25DV-PWM dual interface tags are NFC Forum Type 5 certified.
ST25TA tags are NFC Forum type 4 certified.

The certification provides consistency of behavior across NFC implementations and sets the foundation for interoperability.

About ST's NFC / RFID readers

ST25R HF readers are compliant with ISO 14443 type A and B, ISO 15693, ISO 18092, FeliCa and NFC Forum standards. They are supporting very high bit rate (VHBR) technology and up to 1.6 W output power.
