The STM32H5E5 and STM32H5F5 microcontrollers broaden the STM32 portfolio by delivering performance and unlocking unprecedented capabilities. These are the first STM32 MCUs based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 core, offering advanced graphics performance, power efficiency, and rich connectivity options, all while significantly enhancing security features without increasing costs.
These product lines feature 3 to 4 Mbytes of flash memory, 1.5 Mbytes of SRAM, support of USB HS with integrated PHY, and are available in packages ranging from 105 to 225 pins, offered in BGA, WLCSP, and LQFP profiles.
The STM32H5E5 and STM32H5F5 offer support of USB HS with integrated PHY in comparison with STM32H5E4 and STM32H5F5.
The STM32H5F5 offers an additional encryption accelerator supporting AES, PKA, and OTFDEC, alongside STiRoT technology. It also supports the STM32Trust TEE Secure Manager, provided through the X-CUBE-SEC-M-H5 software package.
