STM32MP215

Man wearing a yellow safety helmet operating a CNC machine control panel in a factory.

STM32MP215 application processors (STM32 MPUs) based on a single Arm Cortex®-A35 core running up to 1.5 GHz and Cortex®-M33 core running at 300 MHz.

Man wearing a yellow safety helmet operating a CNC machine control panel in a factory.

This product line offers 2 Ethernet ports, 2 FDCAN interfaces, a 24-bit RGB display up to 1080p60, and a MIPI CSI-2 camera interface with ISP for the camera pipeline, enabling high-speed connectivity, rich display, and high-quality image processing.

It is pin-compatible with the STM32MP2 series in the VFBGA361 10×10 mm package: the STM32MP21 uses a subset of the STM32MP23 pinout, which itself is a subset of the STM32MP25. This allows a single PCB to scale from STM32MP21 to STM32MP25, optimizing design costs. It also comes with a dedicated Discovery kit for faster prototyping and development.
