Accurate blood flow control is essential for dialysis machines which act as a pump and use an active filter system to remove toxins and excess water from blood before re-injecting it into the patient’s circulatory system.

When designing the pump, silent and smooth operation of the motor is key and we have a range of motor control solutions including monolithic motor drivers than can help designers face this challenge.

In addition, we provide a large variety of MEMS motion and environmental sensors, high-performance STM32 microcontrollers, high-precision operational amplifiers and a variety of AC-DC and DC-DC power management and supply ICs  as well as wireless connectivity solutions to help developers design optimized dialysis machines.

      With  STM32303E-EVAL, STEVAL-IPM10B (1200W), and STEVAL-IPM05F (700W), it is possible to drive two PMSM motors simultaneously.

      Other power boards STEVAL-IPMxxx from 700W to 1500W are available.
