Empowering engineers to meet growing end-user demands
The STM32H7 series gives developers the performance and flexibility to meet evolving market needs and create rich, connected, powerful, and secure applications.
The series is based on the 32-bit Arm Cortex®-M7 core, running at up to 600 MHz.
Available in single- and dual-core versions (Cortex®-M7 + Cortex®-M4), the series delivers industry-leading benchmark scores for Cortex®-M-based microcontrollers, with up to 3,347 CoreMark. It also supports code execution from internal and external memories, with on-the-fly decryption and encryption.
The STM32H7 series offers 64 Kbytes to 2 Mbytes of embedded flash memory, based on ST nonvolatile memory technology and a 40 nm process. Scalable memory options include 564 Kbytes to 1.4 Mbytes of embedded SRAM, plus support for external memory interfaces running at up to 200 MHz.
Choose from a broad range of packages with 64 to 240 pins, including QFN, WLCSP, LQFP, and BGA options. The portfolio spans 13 product lines and more than 130 part numbers.
With support for ambient temperatures from -40°C to 125°C, STM32H7 devices are well suited to industrial and harsh environments. Selected LQFP packages are available with an exposed pad, supporting junction temperatures up to 140°C.
STM32H7 devices with an embedded cryptographic and hash processor support services such as Secure Firmware Install, Secure Boot, and Secure Firmware Upgrade, helping protect firmware installation and updates.
For the most common packages, STM32H7 single-core and value lines are pin-to-pin compatible with the STM32F7 series and STM32F4 series. Refer to the datasheet for detailed specifications.
